Hi there! I’m Taylor, Registered Psychotherapist. Through my professional and personal experiences I have had the honour to sit and listen to many unique stories. My goal is to create a warm, welcoming and authentic space that prioritizes comfort and safety for everyone I am fortunate to connect with.
I applaud you for taking these steps and exploring why therapy may be a good fit for you. My hope is that through our work together you will gain a deeper understanding of how to show up for and take care of yourself, applying your learning far beyond our therapy sessions.
My professional history is extensive, having supported youth and adults in a multitude of environments, including live-in treatment, hospital and community settings. My approach is neurodiversity and non-monogamy affirming, person-centred, anti-oppressive, and trauma-informed. I value and prioritize inclusion and accessibility to mental health support for everyone.
Whatever you are hoping to achieve, I look forward to supporting you in your growth and healing.

Get to Know Me
You’ve had the chance to read about my clinical background, now you have the chance to read a bit more about me as a person. Here are four “just for fun” questions that will give you a bit more insight into who I am. If you ever have any questions, please feel free to ask. Finding the right fit with your therapist is important and I am happy to share a bit more about myself if that will help you feel more at ease!

Some of my favourite memories stem from time spent travelling with my Nan and Pop. One of the most beautiful memories would be a hot air balloon ride just outside of Barcelona, Spain. It was an extra early morning so we could watch the sun rise in the air. But completely worth it, it was breathtaking for more than one reason.

It is almost impossible to pick just one when I spend so much of my time reading! Some of my favourite reads would be The Dead Romantics and The Seven Year Slip - both by Ashley Poston, The Inheritance Cycle by Christopher Paolini, or anything written by Sarah J. Maas! Fantasy and romance are my favourite genres!
-
Reading of course! My favourite thing to do is curl up with a good book and get lost in a new world. But when I’m not reading I enjoy spending time with my loved ones, catching up on a new anime or planning my next getaway! I’ve also been investing more time into learning ASL!

Definitely autumn! Not only is it beautiful, I am all about sweater weather. The temperature is often just right for me to be cozy and not too warm.
