Group therapy is great for those who are hoping to foster a sense of community with peers working through similar challenges. Groups can help individuals experience difference perspectives while your therapist(s) facilitate programming and a general exploration of themes and needs. This is a change to strengthen relationships and relate to your peers in a confidential space.
