What to expect?

CONSULTATION

During your consultation, you and your potential therapist will spend time getting to know each other and discuss your reasons for reaching out for therapy. They’ll ask questions about your current challenges, past experiences, and goals. This helps them to determine if you are a good fit to work together and better understand your unique needs. Feel free to ask any questions you may have about the therapy process or about the therapist themselves!

Therapy Sessions

In your therapy sessions, you and your therapist will work together to explore your presenting concerns and will be completely unique to you. Therapy is a supportive, non-judgemental space where your therapist will meet you with curiosity and help you build skills and coping strategies. Each of our therapists approach sessions based on their therapeutic backgrounds. You are always welcome to ask questions and give input in your sessions.

Graduation and Support

When you are feeling ready to end therapy, you and your therapist will work together to develop a plan to help you maintain your progress. They will also provide resources to help support your continued progress outside of your therapy sessions.

You are always welcome to reach back out to your therapist again in the future if you feel you are in need of additional support.
